How we mill it
Ground on granite, slowly and cool, the morning after your order. The whole grain goes through together and is packed within the hour, with the milling date printed on the pack.
How to store it
Airtight, away from heat and light. Best within 30–45 days for wheat and 3–4 weeks for millets. Refrigerating extends it; freezing extends it further. Let it come to room temperature before you knead.
Nutrition
We print the statutory nutrition panel on the pack. We don't publish comparative nutrition claims on this site until we hold lab reports for our own batches — when we do, they'll be linked here.
