Write to us. A person answers.
We read between 9 AM and 8 PM, every day, and reply within one working day. What you send here lands with the people who mill your flour — not a ticket queue, not a bot.

Where is my order?
You'll hear from us at each stage — when your grain goes on the stone, when it's packed, and when it ships. If you'd rather ask, send us the order number above and we'll come straight back, usually the same day.

Asked often.
My atta arrived and something is wrong with it.
Tell us within seven days of delivery and we will mill a replacement or refund you. We do not ask for photographs and we do not ask you to return it.
Can I change or skip a month on my plan?
Yes — skip a month, change the grain, change the quantity, or stop altogether. Send us a message and it's done. No minimum number of months.
Do you deliver to my pincode?
Enter it on the home page and you'll get the milling date and the delivery date rather than a range.
How is my order packed?
Food-grade packaging, sealed within the hour of milling, with the milling date printed on it. If you'd prefer cloth, tell us in the order notes.
Do you do bulk or corporate gifting?
Yes. Use the form above and choose “Bulk & gifting” — those get a same-day reply.
What do you do with my data?
We keep your address and order history so we can deliver and so you can reorder. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who isn't delivering your flour. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Which payment methods do you take?
Card and UPI checkout is on its way. Right now you place the order on the site, we confirm it personally, and send a payment request then. Nothing is charged — and nothing is milled — until you've confirmed.
Can I visit the chakki?
Not just yet. The stones turn in Madhya Pradesh, in the middle of the wheat they grind, and we're a working mill rather than a showroom for now. When we're ready to open the doors, journal readers will hear first.
Where we are.
In Madhya Pradesh, in the black-soil wheat country the Sharbati grows in — close enough to the fields that grain reaches our stones in hours. We're a working mill rather than a showroom, so we're keeping the exact pin to ourselves until we can welcome visitors properly. Judge us by the date on the pack in the meantime; it's the more honest introduction anyway.
